Multi-state licensing and professional consultation for licensed professional counselors in the US

Are you wanting to expand your practice across state lines but hesitate or just don’t want to dive into the preliminary research?

You’ve already niched down in your practice and know that expanding across state lines is the next step to move the needle forward in your business. Maybe you have clients that travel and in order to be compliant, you need to be licensed in the states your clients are traveling to. But doing the leg work, the heavy lifting - the preliminary research, learning about different states’ laws and regulations, just feels like too much for you right now and you have too many other things on your plate - like your clients, your business, CEUs.

You can be licensed in multiple states, grow your business from a licensure expansion point of view and support your clients. I’ll get you started.

Multi-state licensing consultation will:

  • Outsource the research, the groundwork, to someone else who has created a habit of expanding and researching states’ regulations

  • Give you the cliff notes version of what you need to know to begin this expansion and licensure process

  • Highlight important information from both your ethics code and the state code where you want to expand so that you can take it to your liability provider, business coach, other important stakeholders in your business

  • Give you a checklist of next steps, needed items, considerations, to begin the licensure process in the new state

I’ll help you begin to navigate the licensure expansion process by doing the research and heavy lifting for you. I will provide you with clear and concise information to expand your own knowledge to help make the best decision for you and your practice.

  • I ask that you give me 5 business days to complete the research. It can take several hours to review the state code, your ethics board, make phone calls to the board, etc. I want to make sure that you receive clear and concise information so that you can move forward in the expansion process.
