Investment & Frequently Asked Questions
Therapy is an investment in yourself.
Therapy is one of the most meaningful investments you can make — in your health, your relationships, and your overall quality of life. The benefits often extend well beyond our sessions, supporting lasting change and a greater sense of ease and clarity.
My practice is intentionally small and private, designed to provide an elevated level of care. Each client receives personalized attention in a confidential, supportive environment.

Insurance & Reimbursement
We do not bill insurance directly, as maintaining an out-of-network practice allows for greater discretion, flexibility, and confidentiality. Many of our clients choose to submit for partial reimbursement through their insurance provider.
To simplify this process, we can provide superbills and partner with Reimbursify, a secure, user-friendly app that helps you file claims with just a few clicks. Please note that most insurance companies require a diagnosis for reimbursement, which I can provide if you request it.
Frequestly Asked Questions
-
Is counseling right for me?
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many of my clients are high-achieving, thoughtful individuals who want a space to reflect, reset, and move through challenges with clarity and support. Therapy can help you slow down, reduce overwhelm, and live in greater alignment with your values.
-
What is therapy like — in person or online?
We offer both in-person and virtual sessions, giving you the option to choose what feels most comfortable and convenient.
In-person sessions provide a private, serene environment designed for reflection and healing. Online sessions allow you to access the same level of care from the comfort of your own space, whether at home or while traveling.
Both options are equally effective, and many clients choose to combine them depending on their schedules and lifestyle.
In-person sessions are held exclusively in Mount Pleasant, SC.
-
What can I expect?
Sessions are tailored to you and grounded in a collaborative, compassionate approach. Together, we will identify your goals, explore challenges, and work toward meaningful change. Many clients describe the experience as grounding, discreet, and restorative — a protected space to pause and breathe in an otherwise busy life.
-
Will I be given a diagnosis?
A diagnosis is not always necessary for our work together. Some clients prefer not to use diagnostic labels, while others request one for insurance purposes. If you wish to seek reimbursement, I will provide the documentation required by your insurance company.
-
What is the cost of therapy?

With Reimbursify, the process of submitting claims is streamlined and discreet. Many of my clients find this combination of flexibility and privacy to be an important part of their therapeutic experience.
